About Bear Creek Car Detailing
A Medford-based mobile detailing service built on one principle: the price we quote is the price you pay — confirmed before we start, never changed after.
The Bear Creek Car Detailing Team
Mobile car detailing — Medford, Oregon · Since 2020
We started Bear Creek Car Detailing because we kept hearing the same frustration from Medford drivers: mobile detailers who wouldn’t show their prices, and customers hit with surprise charges after the job was already done.
Since 2020 we’ve detailed everything from daily drivers and farm trucks to show cars and fleet vehicles across the Rogue Valley. We use professional-grade equipment, pH-neutral products, and spot-free filtered rinse water, and we follow the same step-by-step process on every car. No shortcuts that show up in your paint three months later.
We’re local to Medford, and we stand behind every job. We inspect the car with you before you pay, and if something isn’t right, we fix it on the spot.

Why Medford drivers choose Bear Creek Car Detailing
Prices published, no call required
Every service has a listed price on our pricing page. No “call for a quote” runaround.
Local, not a franchise
We know the roads and what Rogue Valley vehicles are up against every season.
Built for local conditions
Wildfire ash, Siskiyou Pass brine, and long, hot, sunny summers. Our services are built around these local problems.
Zero surprise charges
Price confirmed before we start. Never changed after the job is done.
Fully self-contained
Our van carries its own water, power, and professional tools. You just provide access to the vehicle.
Pay only when you’re happy
We walk around the car with you at the end and fix anything that isn’t right before you pay.
What Medford’s climate does to your vehicle
Medford isn’t like the rest of Oregon. Summers are long, hot, and sunny, with temperatures regularly over 100°F, and that UV fades paint, trim, and dashboards fast. From June through September, wildfire ash settles on cars across the valley; it’s abrasive, and it turns alkaline when dew wets it, which can etch clear coat if it sits. In winter, de-icer on the Siskiyou Pass and Crater Lake Highway comes home in wheel wells and door sills.
We built Bear Creek Car Detailing around those conditions. The Wildfire Recovery Package, the ceramic coating tiers, and the decontamination steps in every exterior detail come from what we see on vehicles across Jackson County every week.
How we work
Every job follows the same process: we confirm the price before we start, walk around the car with you, hand wash with the two-bucket method, deep clean the interior with steam and hot-water extraction, and inspect everything with you again before you pay. Read our step-by-step process →
