We arrive and set up
Our van arrives at the booked time with deionized water, a generator, steam and extraction machines, and all products. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
We detail the vehicle
The same process as a shop detail: pre-rinse, hand wash, decontamination, interior extraction, and protection. You can stay, work, or leave the keys.
You check the result
Walk around the car with us, or review the before-and-after photos we text you. The car is ready to drive straight away.

What We Need From You
Just the vehicle and room to work. A reasonably flat spot with a few feet of space on each side is enough: a driveway, carport, parking lot, or street parking all work. Please remove valuables and child seats if you would like those areas cleaned.
- Interior, exterior, and full details: any open, reasonably flat parking spot.
- Ceramic coating and paint correction: a garage, carport, or shaded area. Direct sun, wind, and dust affect how coatings cure and how accurately we can see paint defects.
- Keys: not needed for most exterior work. For interiors, leave the car unlocked or hand us the keys.
Rain, Heat & Weather
Rogue Valley weather rarely stops an interior detail, and light rain doesn’t affect cleaning inside the car. For exterior work, ceramic coating, and paint correction, rain and very high summer heat do matter. If the forecast turns, we will move you to the next dry slot at no charge, or work under your garage or carport if there is room. During wildfire season we use an extended pre-rinse to float ash off the paint before anything touches it.
Apartments, HOAs & Water Use
Many Medford apartment complexes and HOAs limit car washing in their lots. We carry our own water, so we never need a building hookup, and our deionized rinse uses far less water than a hose or a tunnel car wash. If your community does not allow washing, tell us when you book and we will plan an interior-only visit.
